- Surface preparation: clean the surface thoroughly of dust, oil and any loose or damp-affected layers.
- Priming: apply a coat of alkali-resistant water-based sealer to bind the plaster and reduce absorption, followed by putty to level the surface, then sand.
- Thinning & application: thin with clean water by 10% – 15% for the first coat and 5% – 10% for the second. Apply by roller, brush or airless spray (two coats for best coverage).
- Ventilation: keep the area continuously and adequately ventilated while painting and drying.
- Personal protection: wear gloves and protective masks for the eyes and nose while spraying and sanding.
- First aid: rinse eyes immediately with running water on contact, and wash skin with soap and water.
- Storage: keep in the original, tightly closed container in a dry, shaded place away from direct sun and frost.
