Water-Based Lacquer Sealer
A water-based sealer for wood surfaces, used as a primer before lacquer paints. It seals the wood's pores and evens out its absorption, giving the topcoat a smooth, uniform sheen and reducing how much of it you need.

ApplicationBrush, roller or spray
- Surface preparation: sand the wood and clean it thoroughly of dust and oil; it must be dry.
- Stir well before use and apply one even coat.
- Once fully dry, sand with fine sandpaper and remove the dust.
- Follow with lacquer putty where needed, then the lacquer paint.
- Ventilation: keep the area well and continuously ventilated while painting and until fully dry.
- Personal protection: wear gloves, safety glasses and a dust mask while sanding and applying.
- First aid: in case of eye contact rinse immediately with plenty of running water for 15 minutes; on skin contact wash thoroughly with soap and water.
- Storage: keep in the original, tightly closed container in a dry, cool, shaded place away from direct sunlight, heat and frost.
